Imagination
Technologies was first introduced to the Background Investigations
Industry in 1993 when a local research company requested software
development to assist in managing their operations. The application
proved successful for that client and they were kind enough
to recommend our programming services to other research companies
with whom they were associated. Since those modest beginnings,
the Flexible Research System has grown into the most popular
operations management software package in the Employment Screening
and Background Research Industries.
The Flexible Research System is developed for its users, by
its users. All of the enhancements and features added to FRS
are determined by our Clients. This has enabled Imagination
Technologies to create a software system that has remained up-to-date
