Fax Server
The FRS Fax Server is a fully integrated faxing solution designed
to manage all outgoing faxes from the Flexible Research System.
The FRS Fax Server can be run on any workstation on your network
and is full of features to ensure that it will be easily managed
and simple to use. Included in these features is a "Fax Log"
for monitoring the status of submitted faxes, re-submitting failed
faxes, viewing and printing the actual fax pages, and printing listings
of the fax history. This FRS product will provide you with the capability
of performing "Hands-Free" faxing from any workstation on your network
while utilizing FRS in your daily operations. The "Fax Broadcast" feature allows
you to send a broadcast fax to a select group or all of your clients or researchers
in one step. The FRS Fax Server will save your company a significant amount of
time and money in labor, wear-and-tear on your printers and fax machines, and
provide savings in paper costs as well.

FRS
Connect
FRS Connect allows you to communicate directly with other research
companies using this software package to transmit search requests
and results back and forth via modem. Requests that are sent to
another FRS researcher are transmitted directly into their system,
enabling the research process to begin immediately. The researcher
will then key in the results, and transmit them back into your system,
ready to deliver to your clients. You can also provide your Research
services to other FRS Clients, and their requests will transmit
into your system. All of this drastically reduces the data-entry
burden for you and your staff.

FRS
Remote
FRS Remote is an extension of FRS Connect which provides the same
advantages with your retail clients. FRS Remote is a mini-version
of FRS which can be customized to include your company's name and
logo to project this remote software as a benefit of doing business
with "your company". This software can be sent to your
clients to allow them to key in their subject requests, then dial
in and transmit them directly into your system for processing. Any
Results which are completed will be delivered to them in the same call.
FRS Remote provides your clients with a human resource software
package with which they can monitor all of their pre-employment
research, reprint results reports at any time, and have a more secure
method for receiving the confidential information which your firm
provides.

FRS
Automation Server
The FRS Automation Server provides further labor savings by automating
many of the tasks required in your screening operations beyond
the numerous benefits provided by the FRS software alone. The Automation
Server can be configured to:
• Automatically retrieve Social Trace and Credit Reports from any
of the three main credit bureaus for which your system is configured, as
soon as the order comes into your system
• Generate Daily Status and Results Reports for delivery to your
web site according to a scheduled process or upon immediate request from
any station on your network, if you are utilizing the FRS Web Application
• Push research requests to your web site for your vendors and retrieve
the results they key in there, If you are utilizing the FRS Vendor-Net Web
product - it also generates Overdue Tracer Lists, Research Assignment Reports,
as well as Turnaround and Hit Ratio reports for web delivery to each of your
on-line vendors
• Automatically deliver completed results to your clients by Fax, Email,
or to your Web Site as soon as they are completed without the need for human
intervention - You can also require that results be proofed by your staff
through the FRS proofing module prior to this auto-delivery
• Provide a complete hands-off method for email delivery of reports to
your clients and researchers from any workstation on your network
• Perform nightly system maintenance that can be scheduled to run any
time between 6:00 PM and 5:00 AM, again without user intervention
The FRS Automation Server has been designed in a way that will enable it
